Modified Shipping Containers are the Wave of the Future

Not too long ago, used shipping containers held the esteemed purpose of storing your overflow junk that you weren’t quite ready to unload on your unsuspecting neighbors in a yard sale! Maybe, if you were especially ingenious, your 20’ cargo container served as a garden shed and kept your lawn mower, weed eater, and various other yard tools, safe and dry.

BUT THAT WAS THEN…THIS IS NOW!

Our mod shop is busier than ever working on 20’ & 40’ shipping containers installing man doors, roll up doors, cargo doors, lighting, power, windows, air conditioners, heaters, custom paint, and the list goes on and on! When our shop customizes a shipping container, they make sure to maintain the structural integrity of the shipping container by adding steel frames around windows, doors, and other cut outs. This not only keeps you safe, but keeps the box air tight and water proof!

At DRY BOX, our modification shop can fulfill any of your requests. We do temporary ground level construction site offices in both 20’ and 40’ lengths. Our 40’ Container Office has at 24’ storage compartment with cargo doors. We do custom storage units. We use a 40 Shipping container divided into 4, 10’ sections and place roll up doors in each partition.

Some people turn used insulated shipping containers into hydroponic gardens, workshops, saunas, art studios and more.

Maybe you just want a custom length shipping container or you have a more imaginative plan. Either way, give DRY BOX a call and see how we can make your custom idea into a reality!

We have a team standing by to take your call Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time! 1-888-DRY-BOXX
